- Your external conversations are not read or recorded.
- Your goal and notes are only sent to the service when you use account syncing.
- This website has no analytics, advertising or first-party cookies.
01Who is responsible for your data

02The information SIGO uses
Do not put health information, intimate details, secrets or identifiable third-party data in goals, notes or help requests. They are not needed to practise.
- Plan and practice: your goal, any context you write, preferences, languages, time zone, schedule, practice records, self-reported duration, 1–5 rating and optional notes. They are stored on your device; the account flow allows plans and records to sync with the service.
- Account: an identifier derived from your Apple-verified identity, sessions and encrypted credentials needed to maintain or revoke access. The current account model does not store your Apple name or email as a profile.
- Access and purchases: trial activation and expiry, terms and privacy versions, acceptance time and adult confirmation, transaction identifiers, product, subscription period and status. Apple handles payment; SIGO does not receive your full card number.
- Security and support: technical data needed to handle requests, limit abuse and resolve errors; the hosting provider processes connection information such as IP addresses. If you contact support, your email and the information you choose to include will be processed.
03Purposes and legal grounds
The service uses only the data required for each purpose. Accepting terms does not replace optional consents. Advertising consent is not required and reminders can be disabled.
- Legal grounds for each purpose
- Contract or requested pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): accounts, plans, sync, trials, subscription verification and service enquiries. Consent (6(1)(a)), where applicable: optional uses requested separately and revocable, such as reminders. Legitimate interests (6(1)(f)): security and preventing repeat trials, assessing necessity and impact and allowing objection and human review. Legal duties (6(1)(c)): applicable tax, accounting and legal records. Mandatory safeguards in your country also apply. Without required information, a requested function may not be available.
04Providers and external conversations
ChatGPT is an independent service. It only receives the content you choose to paste and send there. SIGO does not automatically access your chats, audio or transcripts. The current version does not have generation through the OpenAI API enabled; any future introduction will require updating this information before sending data.
The current version has no advertising, ad tracking or public leaderboards. Challenges and social features are not yet available.
- Providers and international transfers
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, application and database as a processor; the account is contracted by Carlos Beneyto Perez. Google, through the entity contracted for Google Workspace, hosts support and privacy email, accessed only by Carlos. Apple provides identity and purchases and processes Apple Account, store and payment data under its own terms and policy. Providers and subprocessors may process information outside your country, including the United States and other contractual locations. Where applicable, adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, addenda and supplementary measures apply; you can request details of the safeguards from the privacy contact. Exclusive residence in Spain or the EU is not guaranteed.
05Retention and deletion
Deleting the local copy and deleting the account are separate actions. You can request account deletion in the app even after access expires. We revoke Apple credentials and delete operational data; if a failure occurs, the request remains pending and is not shown as completed. Deleting SIGO does not cancel the Apple subscription.
- Retention and deletion periods
- Accounts, plans and records: while you maintain the account; deletion after 24 months without activity and without a current subscription, or earlier at your request. Access expiry does not immediately erase history. Ordinary support: 12 months after case closure, except information required for legal duties or claims. Our security logs: up to 30 days. Expired or revoked authentication challenges and sessions: purged within 24 hours. D1 recovery copies: up to 30 days; erasures are reapplied before a restored copy is served again. Minimal operational erasure record: 31 days to cover that window. After permanent email deletion, Google Workspace may take up to 180 days for contractual technical deletion. Necessary economic documents: the applicable statutory period, with six years from the last entry as the general Spanish commercial reference, separately from practice history. A legal hold is limited to necessary data and the applicable limitation period, followed by destruction.
- Anti-abuse record after account deletion
- The trial is granted once per sign-in identity. After using it and deleting your account, we separately retain a pseudonymised identifier, trial dates and status, and minimal linkage to honour verified revocations. It contains no goals, notes, conversations or practice history; it remains personal data. Retention depends on the one-time offer continuing and the control remaining necessary and proportionate, reviewed at least annually and when the offer changes. When that purpose or justification ends, the record is removed from operational systems within 30 days, subject to specific legal duties and recovery-copy expiry. You may object and request individual review at info@carlosbeneyto.com. We do not retain an entire payment history indiscriminately for this purpose.
06Your rights and choices
Where data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction or objection, depending on the processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing and complain to the competent authority.
You can write to the privacy email below from any country. Requests will be handled under applicable law and deadlines; where needed, only the information necessary to verify your identity will be requested. You may contact the AEPD or the competent authority under applicable law. The app is designed to keep account management, export, deletion and restoration accessible after trial or subscription expiry; these online flows need validation before launch. Turning off reminders does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

07This website, security and age
This website serves static documents. It sets no first-party cookies, stores no language preference, has no submission forms, and loads no external fonts, trackers or analytics. Hosting processes requests and connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.
The service design uses HTTPS, account-level access controls and protected credential storage. No measure guarantees absolute security. SIGO is initially intended for people aged 18 or over; if a minor’s information is identified, its removal will be reviewed through the privacy channel.
Self-assessment is not used as an objective evaluation of your skills. Access and trial rules are automated; you can request review of an error through the support email.
08Effective date and changes
This policy describes the service and its current limits. We will inform you before introducing new providers, features or data uses.
- Effective date and approval
- Version 1.0. Effective 12 October 2026. Approved by Carlos Beneyto Perez. Revisions will be published and material changes communicated before they apply; new uses requiring consent will request it separately.
