SIGO is a service operated by Carlos Beneyto Perez for people aged 18 or over, in any country where it may lawfully be offered. These terms apply to features actually available; the website does not enable purchases or promise future features. The website’s Spanish and English languages do not restrict the service to Spain or English-speaking countries.

02What SIGO is

SIGO organises conversational practice with plans spanning 15 local calendar dates, self-guided exercises, records and consistency tracking. A personal rating or a time entry does not certify a skill or verify speaking time in another application.

The development version includes template-based planning, practice, a calendar, progress and local reminders. Online identity and purchases await real-world acceptance testing. AI generation, automatic adaptation, challenges and streak recovery are unavailable and are not offered as purchasable features.

SIGO does not replace professional training, diagnosis, therapy or medical, legal or financial advice. It does not guarantee learning outcomes.

0315 days free, with no charge at the end

The intended model grants one 360-hour service trial per identity, when you explicitly activate it after signing in and previewing a plan. The server determines its start and end. It is not an App Store introductory offer or a 14-day trial.

Activation neither starts a purchase nor authorises a charge. After expiry, you must confirm a subscription to continue. Reinstalling, signing out, switching devices, resetting a plan or deleting and recreating an account does not grant another trial. Rest days and time zone changes do not pause it.

The calendar covers 15 local dates; the trial lasts exactly 360 hours from server-confirmed activation. After activation, the app shows its expiry date and time.

04Pricing, renewal and cancellation

The intended catalogue is €6.99 per month or €49.99 per year, billed annually in advance, with the same service access. These are euro reference prices: the applicable price, currency, taxes and period will be those displayed by the store before purchase confirmation. Availability depends on country, approval and store configuration.

A purchased subscription renews automatically under Apple’s conditions until you cancel renewal. You can manage it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple shows the effective date and next payment. If you buy before the SIGO trial ends, billing starts according to the confirmed offer, without automatically waiting until day 16.

Uninstalling SIGO or deleting its account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Ordinary renewal cancellation retains the paid period until expiry; refunds or revocations may change access. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its conditions and applicable statutory rights.

05When access ends

Without a valid trial or subscription, training and functional use of plans and history are blocked. Your history is retained; account management, privacy, support, purchase restoration, export and deletion remain accessible. A network failure does not grant extra access and must not destroy pending records.

Restoring a subscription requires the relevant account and purchase verification. It does not restart the trial. The planned €3.99 single-use streak recovery is not on sale; once available, it will only preserve visual continuity and will never buy actual practice, points or ranking positions.

06Practice and external services

ChatGPT has its own account, terms and billing. A SIGO subscription does not include ChatGPT Plus, unlimited voice minutes or additional model access. SIGO is not an official OpenAI product and does not read external conversations.

You choose which instructions to copy and send to another service. Do not include confidential third-party information, unlawful content or material infringing others’ rights, or attempt to access other accounts, forge purchases or bypass access controls. Self-guided exercises allow practice without sending a conversation to ChatGPT.

07Licence and consumer rights

The iOS application licence uses Apple’s standard EULA unless a specific licence is expressly published. These conditions describe the service without excluding mandatory rights or warranties.

You can send enquiries or complaints to the operator’s support email or postal address from any country. SIGO’s handling of a complaint does not prevent you from using the relevant authorities, dispute-resolution mechanisms or courts. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, exclusive jurisdiction in Spain or waiver of mandatory rights. Worldwide availability is the goal; each store and applicable law determine where the service can actually be offered.

Consumer terms and territories

These terms are intended for users in any country where SIGO is lawfully available. They do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, warranties, withdrawal, refunds or complaints provided by applicable law, including protections in the user’s country of residence where applicable. Governing law and competent courts are determined by the applicable rules, without imposing exclusive jurisdiction in Spain.

08Changes and contact

Material changes to these terms will be published and communicated in the app or the available account channel before they apply. Price changes require the information and authorisation required by Apple and law. You can stop using SIGO, cancel renewal through Apple and request deletion. If we must suspend or end the service, we will respect paid periods and applicable refund rights; complaints can be sent to the contact below. This website does not accept orders or payments.
